I mentioned yesterday about the website 1stdibs.com a how their jewelry is amazingly beautiful and leaves me with ring envy. Here is another one I found on the same site that got me all hot and bothered.
Every time I walk down 5th Ave here in NYC, I always take a moment to stop and look in the window of Harry Winston. When I was a little girl, I always knew I wanted to one day wear a Harry Winston diamond. Most girls dream of Tiffany’s, I dream of depleting my boyfriend’s bank account so I can watch my left hand sparkle. This Harry Winston estate engagement ring is now in the hands of estate and rare gem seller Kazanijan Brothers in Beverly Hills, Ca.
The 3.38ct cushion cut nearly perfect diamond sits on a halo bed of micro pavé and is supported by a platinum band with inlet micro pavé. Between the large and sparkly center stone and the band on diamonds that wrap around the band has a unique additive. Under the center stone in the setting, the micro pavé continues giving the center stone extra sparkle underneath (second photo). When the light hits the ring, it is sure to send light fragments bouncing off the walls like a disco ball. Coming in at $115,000, if this ring were to ever sit on my finger, I don’t think I would be able to handle it.
Dear Boyfriend…start saving that money honey!
